Before you create a personal development plan, you need a goal, right? You must know what you are aiming for. So I challenge you to dig deep within yourself and ask yourself why you cannot get to the next level of your home business.

The Compound Effect for Personal Development Start your personal development library by adding some great self- development books. I highly recommend you start with The Compound Effect by Darren Hardy. It’s the foundation you need to move forward and create the daily habits for success.
- Read a minimum of a chapter a day in order for your personal development plan to be in effect. Don’t skip this step!
- Attend your company events whenever possible. Who doesn’t want to be around thousands of positive, successful people?
- Write down your goals and the action steps it will take to get there.
Once you have a “self-development plan” in place, be consistent and stick with it. You’ll will slowly start overcoming many of the things that are holding you back from success!
